I don't expect this topic to get as much talk on the boards, but folks with ideas, notions, etc. should feel free to drop ideas here.

I'll start with a fairly simple idea:

For larger groups, DM's should have assistants.  This allows for good creative synergy behind the scenes, and the ability to work much better with our rather divergent group ICly.
