Since we have 53 classes with differing abilites, I'm going to take a swipe at trying to knock out some of them from consideration from the pathfinder classes.  Feel free to disagree, this is a discussion, after all.

Beguiler:  T3:  Should be converted..Spell list adjustments may be necesary.   As a full caster, capstone is not required.  Possible bump to T2.

Dragon Shaman:  T3:  2 other shamanic classes already exist, not counting PrC's.  Dragon Disicple takes a good portion of this classes abilities, save for the lay on hands.  On a side note, I have always loathed this class.  It combines some auras, some lay on hands (better than the stock paladin), and some RDD stuff.

Duskblade:  T3:  A crowd favorite.  I beleive Oni has a rework in mind.

Knight:  Toss it.  Paladin (and anti-paladin) can funtion just fine in this role.

Ninja: T4-T5:  Paizo may already have a class for this.

Scout: T4: POssible rework, though ranger may make this obselete/worthless

Spelltheif:  Pretty Bad.  Mixing rogue and caster already exists in other classes.

Warlock:  Rebuild it.  This class (progeny of a demonic or diabolic curse) is too goot to toss.

Warmage:  Toss it.  Sorc is more than adequate for it.

Wu Jen:  Toss it.  Can do the same thing with existing casting classes.

Favored Soul:  Consider slight touch up.  Consider removing second casting stat and combining down to one.  Consider adding divine grace as a class feature.  COnsider adding bloodline powers for angelic/demonic bloodlines.

Spirit Shaman:  Poor second cousin to the druid.  Consider re-doing entirely.  Maybe the Binder class can be worked mechanically with new RP to make this class viable.

Shugenja:  Toss it

Psionic Classes:  Defer.  Erudite, Psion, Wilder are all major casters.  Ardent, Divine Mind, Lurk, Psychic Warrior are weaker versions.  Souilknife is a class that is loved and hated, consider revising, possibly mixing in Illumine Soul and Soulbow class features?

Archivist: T1:  Slight tweaks.  Eliminate dual casting stat.  Great flavor.  Cool powers.

Dread Necromancer:  T3:  Torn.  I love this class for it's potential...

Tomb of Battle Classes:  Examine for rework.  Some skill dependant abiliteis will need to be tweaked.

Tomb of Magic:  Major Rework for all three classes required.  I'd recommend redoing Shadowcaster if folks REALLY want, and Binder, but ignoring and phasing out truenamer.

Magic of Incarnum:  Oy Vey....where to start....this book has a rad mechanic that, while neat, is totally underwhelming...these classes would need MAJOR love :p

Factotem:  I'd recommend phasing this class out.  Any tweak to is will make it outshine many other skill monkey classes.

Dragon Adept:  Phase out....un-needed.  Basically, it's a dragon themed warlock with a breath weapon instead of eldrich blast (but similar damage curve).

Healer:  Toss it

Marshal:  Moved to PrC already.

P.S.  If you want to post a rework for a class consider naming the thread: "Pathfinder Rework: [Class Name]".

Remember....the new system SHOULD make dipping a bad idea.  The goal from this point on will be capstones.  PrC's should also follow this trend.
