I know you like to use elements from Legend of the Seeker, and I had a notion for two of those elements:

Confessor as an Outsider (Native) or Fey species (so that you can put in the confession power, and not have it be some goofy level thing).  Unlike the series, the confessor would have to allow a saving throw (I think), but you can make the save really high, like DC = 10 + HD + CHA or something.

Mord Sith as a PrC.  I think a 10+ level PrC with the Agiel being a class created weapon (like the Mirror Shard).  As for spell turning, I can see elements of the Occult Slayer plus high as hell SR.  Thoughts?

Yes and no, respectivly. Confessor is a race, kinda a subhuman, so I agree with making them something special. While I do like the idea of them having a save, and it being high, I would never feel comfortable giving that kind of power to a PC.

As for the Mord Sith, I did have it set up as a class, but as a base class not a PrC. My reasoning for this is because Mord Sith are trained from an extremely young age, taken from their families. Other than that, yes.
