Alright guys quick question:

I am starting to plan a new campaign, as the Mist Campaign is planned out to completion, and I am excited to start developing a world again. I have a couple ideas, and want you guys to decide depending on what sounds cool:

1) Zombe Apocopolypse Style: The world doesn't believe that undead exist, except in myth (kinda like our world), but they are about to get a rude awakening!

2) Your standard adventurer save the world big mission campaign. The only catch is that magic (and classes that have access to it) are going to be worked slightly differently. See Maji campaign under the campaign tab.

3) A futuristic Firefly baised adventure. I havnt put a lot of thought into what you would accomplish yet, but it would be baised in a futuristic setting in space. I would rework items and rules for advanced technology and spaceships.

Tell me what one you guys want to play, and I will focus my attention toward it!

I think I already registered my vote, and I'll tell you privately, but I don't want to influence others

Depending on what time period the zombies are in, I may or may not vote for that.

Don't know enough about magic to really worry too much about the second one.

As for the firefly idea....interesting.

For now though, what time period is the zombie one going to take place in?

Standard fantasy era, possible flintlock pistols and muskets are highest tech

Im gonna go with Option 2 then.

I'm down with any of the above. Zombie Apoc. or the Firefly would be my top votes. I do have the core book for the Firefly system, seems pretty sound if you want to take a peek at it sometime let me know.

So just to give people an idea, I have:

1 for zombie

2 for Maji (2nd option)

0 for Firefly

and one on the fence between Zombie and Firefly.

Changed my mind. Firefly it is.

I put the choices before Night a few days ago, and she was more in favorite of Maji.\ than the other two.  She's not interested in Zombie, but is still a little intrigued by firefly.

As it stands, then, We are looking as follows:

1.5 for Zombie

2 for Maji

1.5 for Firefly

After a couple months, the vote is complete!

I will begin working on the Maji campaign soon.

But we really should finish the Mist campaign soon...

Will Maji allow any of the following expansion classes:

Knight
Marshal
Ninja
Warblade
Swordsage
Crusader
Swashbuckler

Etc.

What other base classes will be removed from the game?

Basic rundown: If it has magic abilities, then no. It is not allowed.

SS/Crusader/SB will be examined. While not expressly magic, they function similarly, and I want to make sure they don't conflict with the power level that will be reserved for the maji.
