In looking at these classes, we tremendously dick them over if they have no way to get back their VERY limited number of manuvers in combat.  The mechanic suggested for WB is broken, pure and simple.  But here is an alternate solution:

When all manuvers are depleted, and at least 5 rounds has passed since the beginning of combat or since the last recharge, a martial adept may spend a full round action to gain back his or her manuvers for the day.  S/he may fight defensively, and if struck during this action, must make a concentration check DC = 10 + damage, or lose 1 recharged manuver for every 5 points of failure.
