As a thought going forward, what do people think about DM's signing up for their days? For example, if I want to run a campaign, I could sign up for a saturday, and reserve that saturday? I just keep thinking that we have a HUGE group, and a few smaller campaigns that are getting pushed to the wayside. Thoughts?

Does the Fri and Sat game time belong to the group (so that anyone can show up and play) or is it temporarily owned by whoever claims it first? That's a totally rhetorical question--I don't think either way is "wrong". But it would suck to tell people that they can't play this [day/weekend] because they aren't in the campaign. I think this concept is a good idea, but it raises a bunch of other questions. Is it fair that Nick (for example) gets to be involved in every campaign? Can anybody spontaneously make a campaign and start reserving days? EDIT: I think the best idea is for David to basically be in charge. He can be the event organizer and scheduler. Campaigns run at his house can rotate as he sees fit. If people want to do other, different stuff then we can either appeal to Dave or host our own events.

While I like the way you are thinking, we have one problem that we keep running into when we try to plan a specific campaign for a specific night: people generally dont say that they are available until the day of. While I would love to plan a week out in advance that I would like to run the mist campaign, I generally am unable to make sure that all, even most, of my players are going to be there.
I think we solve that problem (if it is a problem) first, we have a win condition for everything else
