So guys, just cause I was looking into my young looking elf again, I looked at how Tolkien aged his elves. I found that his system works perfectly:
"Elves are born about one year from their conception. The day of their conception is celebrated, not the actual birthday itself—since for them, life begins at conception. Their minds develop quicker than their bodies; by their first year, they can speak, walk and even dance, and their quicker onset of mental maturity makes young Elves seem older than they actually are. Physical puberty comes in around their fiftieth to one hundredth year (by age fifty they reach their adult height), and by their first hundred years of life outside the womb all Elves are fully grown.
Elves' bodies develop slower than those of Men from the start. By the age of twenty, they might still appear physically seven years old, whereas Men at the same age are physically mature." Thoughts? How many DM's run tolkien elves vs D&D elves?

If this is the case, then I'll have to adjust Kane's age a bit, as he is 24 and built mostly like a brick wall. My assumption has always been that they matured at the same rate as humans, then just stayed in their prime indefinitely, but I have no quarrel with adjusting his age and going with what is stated here ^_^ -Z
