So I was reading through the psionic handbooks the other day... and what did I find?

They got rid of my goddamn psionic attack modes.

What the shit is that about?

Playing a Psion just got hella lame imo.

Yeha, they made it all about being a new form of magic.  I think that if you limit psions to just teeps (Babylon 5 slang for telepaths), it makes the system better.

I dont like it. Wizards are fine. The nice thing about Psions were that they were different, not the same thing with a different name >.<

Psi powers also do some different things.  I'd say the devil is in the details.  I think the issue was that every psion needed major teep powers in order to survive psi-combat.  I'd bet that psi attacks still exist...just changed a bit.

One thing they did add is all of the things you can do when you are psionically focused. There are all sorts of feats that add extra ability and flavor to psions. As for the psi attacks, i had totally forgotten about them... I'll have to take a look too.
