Just an update on intent...

As soon as practical, Adeon will expand his Lancers to a full company [45 Cavalry Archers, 5 Priests (Clerics), 1 Mage (Bard), and a Marshal (Manager)].  This will represent a fairly power accumulation of forces loyal to Adeon.  This makes Adeon's total XP of forces (a good way of viewing thier power) equal to 7475 for the Lancers alone (38675 with mounts).  This does not even include the guards that he is going to have stationed at Iska Barad.

As this force gets bigger, it will start to draw the attention of powerful people. (Imagine how the Nobles will feel about a small army less than a fortnight from their estates.)

When DMing the Helions:  This is an organization that is mercenary in nautre, but it is also a religious group. Keep in mind that they are also fairly loyal.

Typically: 

AB: +6
AC 19

Assume that Lancers will have a +7 AB (+3 BAB +2 Ability + 1 Mwk Weapon).  In large engagements, they may also have a +1 from bard song (1 bard per 52 lancers) and/or +1 from Bless (1 Priest/Oracle per 10 Lancers).  Their AC is 19 (+6 Breastplate + 2 Heavy Shield + 1 Dex). 

This is just some things to thing about.  In cases of combat loses, I will assume that I have to replace them at cost adjusted for missing members.
