So, I thought it'd be pretty cool if everyone wrote a little thing about Braun and their time together from their characters perspective. Then I could include that in Brauns character page as his story is now over. Would bring really good closure to the character.

Adeon stood numb by the lake shore, the Ropes of Climbing still slack in his hands.  It had all happeend so fast...too fast.  He didn't understand why Braun had jumped so hard at trying to cross, and then in an instant, he was gone.  The beast in the water had taken him the moment he hit the water.  The next few seconds were a blur...and then...he was gone.

Sacrifice was something the Adeon had known.  After all, the paladin had been raised to accept burdens so that others whould not have to.  But loss?  This was a new feeling.  The feeling left him hollow, a pit in his stomach as black as the water that had claimed the mortal coil of his friend.  Slowly, the loss rolled over, and revealed a new emotion...anger.  This emotion was also new to the paladin.  He'd never known hate before, but he was sure that he hated the fiends that had murdered his friend.  Finally, the loss and rage crystalized.  Resolve.  Braun had given the fullest measure of his life for the mission, Adeon's mission.  The paladin would see it through...would see it complete, for Braun.

To the Parents of Akaiden of Khal:

I write this missive to you with heart heavy from the loss of my friend, Braun. While on a mission for the Sun Church, Braun lost his life defending his friends.  I will not torture you with the details of his death.  Suffice to say he died well, his blade in his hands.

Braun was a man whose heart matched his massive frame, a good and loyal friend.  When I was in need, when I could to ask him to follow, he stepped to the line.  His courage was as great as a legion, and his skill was unmatched.

I know my words cannot asuage the anguish in your heart at this dark missive.  I can only hope that Merciful Kura enters your heart, and lifts it with the proud memory of your son.  May the Archons and Angels bear his soul to eternal paradise and rest.

Blessings of the Light,

Adeon Sandoval
Paladin of Sun
