I used the map to figure the dimensions as being ~25' x 125' at the base.

To determine rooms and such.  By my reconning, this building woudl have the "broken" condition.  This would require 1330 gp to repair (per the downtime rules, half the value of the entire building).  Alternately, it could cost 34 goods and 33 labor (all at once) to repair it.
