I've created a new page for important (recurring) NPC"s that interact withthe party in a major way, either as ally or foe. Currently, only Dominique is on that page. I've also started to move town NPC's to their respective towns' pages. If you create an NPC for a town, please list them, and give a small bit about their personality, for future DM's.
